In a few simple steps, we will show you in this video how to proceed with loading the tank on your pcp air rifle using the Stoeger AIRGUNS compressor.
WARNING! Safety first! Always make sure that the tank tube of your air rifle is completely empty. Also, make sure that there are no pellets inside the barrel and that the magazine has been removed from the gun.
Here are some simple instructions that we recommend you follow to properly and safely load with the compressor.
Correctly connect the compressor cables to the car battery, respecting the correct polarity.
Press the red switch selecting the type of power (DC 12V) needed for loading. In this case, the chosen power is 12V.

After selecting the power type, remove the black rubber cover and check that the compressor is properly connected before accessing the controls and settings.
Identify and select the correct voltage based on the available power source, 115 or 230 volts.

If a household power outlet is used, select the type of alternating current AC110 or 220 volts and connect the compressor power cable to the household power outlet.
At this point, using the appropriate hose, connect the compressor to the air rifle and set the chosen pressure value on the pressure gauge.

After selecting the correct settings, press the red switch to start the compressor. (AC 110/220V)
Now you can start the loading process by simply pressing the Start button on the compressor.
WARNING! Once the loading is complete, make sure to properly turn off the compressor by setting the button to « 0 ».
Complete the operation by releasing the pressure in the compressor through the bleed valve. At this point, carefully disconnect the hose from the air rifle and properly store the equipment.

In a few simple steps, we will show you in this video how to assemble your XM1 Ranger and XM1 Scout rifle.
WARNING! Safety first! Always ensure that the tank tube of your rifle is completely empty. Also, make sure there are no pellets inside the barrel and that the magazine has been removed from the rifle.
We recommend always placing your rifle on a flat and stable surface and using a mat to protect both the rifle and the work surface.

Start assembling your rifle by inserting the valve. It is important to orient it correctly to ensure optimal and efficient operation. After placing the valve in the correct position, it is necessary to secure it using the pin.
WARNING! It is important to secure the valve so that it remains stable during use.

At this point, insert the striker mass and the spring into the system. Once the components are properly positioned, screw in the power adjustment screw.

Now it’s time to assemble the trigger group, which is essential for the proper functioning of the rifle. Ensure that all pins and screws are positioned and tightened correctly.

Proceed by inserting the spool and the spring into their housing. These components ensure the regulation of pressure inside the rifle. After positioning them, secure the manometer block to ensure that the pressure measurements are accurate and stable.

We conclude the assembly operation by inserting the tank tube and finally the mount. The latter is essential for stabilizing the rifle during shooting, so make sure it is securely anchored.

Now you are perfectly capable of proceeding with the assembly of your XM1 Ranger and XM1 Scout rifle.

Some tips and advice for properly loading the pellets into the drum magazine and thus achieving a consistently functional and correct rifle feed.
To begin, turn the transparent slide counterclockwise to load the internal spring. This simple action prepares the magazine for subsequent use.
Continue feeding the rifle by holding the slide steady with one hand to avoid any movements during the loading operation.
With the other hand, insert the first pellet with the tip facing upwards from the opposite side of the slide. (the tip of the pellet should be visible from the slide).

After inserting the first pellet, continue to insert the remaining ones. To do this, flip the magazine so that the transparent part is facing downwards.
At this point, you can continue to correctly insert the remaining pellets into the magazine by rotating the transparent part each time.

Throughout the entire loading operation, it is very important to ensure that all the pellets are placed correctly to achieve a safe and efficient shooting experience.
The magazine body is made of lightweight alloy, not plastic, for greater quality and robustness of the chosen material.
Extremely lightweight and easy to handle, it is made of aluminum, while the rear part is made of glass, allowing you to check the number of available shots.
The extreme ease of loading and use makes the entire rifle feeding operation simple and intuitive, accessible to both experienced and novice shooters.

Mounting an optic to a rifle may seem like a simple task, but it requires careful attention to detail. To ensure maximum shooting performance, it is important to know the necessary steps and tools involved in the process.
Before starting, it is recommended to clean the mounting surfaces thoroughly to remove any dust or debris that could affect the grip and stability of the optic.
The first step is to take the base of the rings and remember to flip over the recoil pin. However, it is important to considere that if mounting the optics on the RX series, the pin is not present in picatinny type rings like the XM1 Bullpup.
Next, the bases should be mounted on the rail machined on the receiver, utilizing the entire available length depending on the type of optics being used. It is crucial to avoid using the slide present on the tank barrel union ring, as it is meant for the rear sight and is not at the same height as the receiver.

Once the bases are securely in place, the optic can be positioned, taking care to align it with the turrets. The upper portion of the rings should be screwed on, but the screws should not be tightened completely. This allows for adjustments to be made to the optic’s position before checking for perfect alignment.
At this point we make a first check so as to adjust the focal length and perfect perpendicularity of the reticle.

Once the alignment is complete, we can proceed to tighten the screws in cross direction to avoid asymmetry and tension on the optics.

After disassembling the XM1 Bullpup, it is important to reassemble all its mechanical components to ensure its funcyion and accuracy.

Always remember that the function and accuracy of your rifle can only be maintained over time through periodic and constant cleaning of the rifle.

The Blog article « RIFLE CLEANING » summarizes all the steps of good and proper maintenance.

To begin the assembling process of the rifle we must carefully insert the power valve into its seat, paying attention to the correct orientation to avoid any potential issues later on.
We continue to insert the pin in the correct direction and reapply the set screw to secure it in place.
Next, We proceed to insert the firing pin and spring back into their seats and secure everything by screwing in the power screw.

Additionally, We reassemble the lower part of the trigger using the 5 screws.
Let’s not forget to replace the needle valve and its spring back into their seat.
Once the tank tube is screwed in, we tighten it with a wrench to prevent any potential leaks.

Next, We place the mechanics on the barrel sleeve and tighten the two side screws.
We reposition the mechanics on the barrel and secure it with the two Allen screws, providing additional stability.
Before loading the rifle with air, we remember to cock the throttle to reset the valves.
This step ensures that the rifle is ready for use and that the valves are properly alighed.

ATTENTION: Put all rifle components back in a safe place away from dust and corrosive agents, and proceed to clean the rifle by following the Stoeger AIRGUNS team’s advice detailed in the Blog’s article « RIFLE CLEANING ».
